What is the Take 3 Programme?
Take 3 is a parenting programme that aims to improve relationships at home between young people and their families, at school and in the wider community.
Take 3 has a very strong evidence base so you know you’re in good hands – it’s proven to work!
Take 3 runs with a group of parents of 10-18 year olds with themes of nurture, self-care and boundaries.
