About the event
Our Baby Yoga classes are delivered by Francesca from Zen Babies. The sessions are baby led and use yoga techniques with your little ones. Please wear comfortable clothes, all other equipment will be provided. This group is for babies under one, and to join you must have been signed off by your midwife at your 6 week check.
Classes will run for 4 weeks and will be held at our Family Resource Centre, Fairfield Terrace, Bramley, LS13 3DQ. If you have any trouble finding us just call one of the team on 0113 320 9032.
This group costs £10 per baby for the full 4 week course and payment can be made each week or in full in cash. If you have any difficulties covering the cost of the course please just speak to Lucy or Jackie from the Cluster team and we’ll be happy to help.
There is plenty of parking at our building, and also a safe space to leave your pram should you need to bring one.
