This is a trial Baby Reflexology class are delivered by Francesca from Zen Babies. The sessions are baby led and use reflexology techniques with your little ones. Please wear comfortable clothes, all other equipment will be provided. This group is for babies under one, and to join you must have been signed off by your midwife at your 6 week check.

Classes will run for 4 weeks and will be held at our Family Resource Centre, Fairfield Terrace, Bramley, LS13 3DQ. If you have any trouble finding us just call one of the team on 0113 320 9032.

This group will be free for the full 4 week course as this will support Francesca in completing her new qualification to deliver reflexology. When joining the group you will need to be able to attend the full 4 sessions, be willing to complete a feedback questionnaire and agree to your contact number and name being passed to her assessor as you may be contacted to provide feedback on the group. 

There is plenty of parking at our building, and also a safe space to leave your pram should you need to bring one.
