About the event
We look forward to you joining us for your Baby Massage Class at our Family Hub on Fairfield Terrace, LS13 3DQ. Amanda will take you through 5 weeks of Baby Massage with other parents and carers from the local area.
Each week consists of the following elements:
· Welcome, Introduction, Icebreaker.
· Preparation
· Relaxation
· Asking permission
· Massage
· Discussion
· Reading material
· Closure.
In week 6 we will provide an introduction to weaning class where Amanda will cover the basics of introducing solids to your littles ones.
The 6 weeks cost £10 and all the equipment and things you need will be provided. Each class lasts for around 90 minutes and are informal and relaxed.
